INNOVATIVE INITIATIVES

Innovative Initiatives was born in 2008 while Xaivier Ringer worked with Dominican consulting firm ALEPH, S.A. from 2008-2010. Xaivier served as a junior consultant working with diverse stakeholders to create monitoring and evaluation tools, facilitate processes and analyze data that fed into recommendations for institutional and community development. In 2009 she was promoted and implemented an initiative using art to facilitate youth development. Since then she has gone on to implement similar models to urban and rural communities in the U.S. and Dominican Republic.

Xaivier Ringer’s Innovative Initiative model aims to invigorate existing public and private sector objectives with new methods to meet their desired outcomes.
